~Self-Care as a Sacred Practice~

The astrological theme for this year is "Reinvent Your Reality."
Isn't time to come back to your Truth?
This new moon in Cancer, the zodiac sign of the nurturer, will help you experience how self-care is a sacred practice of coming back into alignment with your highest and deepest Self.

With all of the changes we have overcome in the last year, you are now given an opportunity to direct your life path in the most aligned way for who you are becoming.

We learn about our nature by being in alignment with Mother Nature.

Join Kristen from Sacred Life Circle and Embodied Mystery School for a free nature walk and soul guidance session on July 8th:

  • Park in the ALL DAY parking lot of Lafayette Reservoir (address above.) Go to the booth to pay $7 for all-day parking. Do not use the meters (you may need more than 2 hours of parking time.)

  • Meet us on the Western (RIGHT) side of the parking lot by 5 pm (we will leave promptly at 5 pm.)

  • Walk a short distance (under a mile) and chat with those attending.

  • Settle on the land, open an elemental group circle, and learn the energy of the new moon with how to work with it.

  • Spend quiet solitary time communing with the land and nature while contemplating questions offered for you to reflect on.

  • Rejoin the group circle to share your reflections, be witnessed in your revelations, and receive soul guidance from Kristen.

  • Slowly walk back integrating your experience with the company of others, or continue to walk the remainder of the reservoir trail on your own.

  • Return back by 7-7:30 pm.

To bring:

  • Comfortable walking shoes and clothes

  • Water, snacks if desired, and sunscreen

  • Journal and pen if desired

  • Something to sit on or a small blanket

Open to all ages and genders.

By donation with 100% of the proceeds going to local environmental and conservation charities.

I hope you can join us! Please email me your name and email (including any friends’ names and emails you are inviting) to reserve your space. KristenDessange@SacredLifeCircle.com. I will email you a confirmation of your place.

Many blessings,
Kristen Druantia
